For years, one of my guilty pleasures has been wandering through digital archives, where images spark the imagination to weave alternative stories about places and people suspended in time. Over time they have become fertile ground from which collages and moving pictures have organically evolved.
Creating collages reminds me of wandering through an oniric dream. I enjoy meandering between associations, drifting through a fog from one thought to another. The results surprise me by revealing the winding paths of imagination and bringing dusty memories back to life.
The process is significantly different from designing visual communication, which is firmly rooted in the brief, logical frameworks, organized modules, and detailed guidelines. That’s why I truly appreciate the moments spent with collages. They allow experimentation, open up new experiences, and force a change in thinking.
